MECHANISMS OF URGENT ADAPTATION OF THE HUMAN´S PHYSIOLOGICAL SYSTEMS TO STATIC MUSCULAR EFFORTS ON DIFFERENT STAGES OF ONTOGENESIS
Gorodnichenko Е.А., Gritsuk А.D., Korotkova G.V.

Tiresome static loads that considerably lower mental and physical efficiency, оссuру а significant place in daily life of people. Long term studies show that these loads force the work of physiological systems: intensify the dimensional synchronization of the potentials of cortical areas, enhance the sympathetic influence on the cardiovascular system, increase the centralization of cardiovascular rhythm control, increase the consumption of oxygen, limit the efficiency of different systems and organs. The comprehensive study of adaptive reactions of the central nervous system, circulatory system, respiratory system, neuro-muscular system in people at the age of 8-40 under static loads showed the highest functional readiness in girls at the age of 18-20 and in the women at the age of 35-40. The criteria of multi functional maturity are set: high level of the dimensional synchronization of the potentials of cortical areas in the central nervous system under loads till free denial at the stage of the compensated fatigue, maintenance of monorithmiya in the range of the alpha rhythm at all stages of work; in the circulatory system - the increase of the stroke blood volume under different loads, low level of its after-work increase (it reflects the coincidence of the work changes to metabolic needs), high reactivity of the, cardiac rhythm indexes; in respiratory system - high efficiency of the oxygen regime. In adult groups during work, low indexes of oxygen consumption recovery after normal static load; in neuro-muscular system - high efficiency level under different loads.

The volume of the work performed influences greatly the character of the adaptive reactions. The study showed that among women at the age of 8-60 under static Ioads, persons at the age of 18-20 and at the age of 35-40 demonstrated the highest efficiency.

А series of studies involing boys and girls at the age of 18-22 made it possible to value impact of the circulatory system type on the character of the adaptive reactions under static muscular activity. In assessing the functional status of the circulatory system (central and peripheral section) we used the data of the original level of the basic hemodynamic parameters, the character of reactions on different loads, degree of the functional tension of both circulatory system sections indexes реr unit of the work and the volume of work. Of the three types of hemodynamic regulation (hypokinetic, eukinetic, hyperkinetic) the highest potential was found among the boys of hypokinetic type. High growth rates of cardiac rhythm, cardiac output, double product, low growth rates of the total peripheral vascular resistance, low efficiency of the most hemodynamic parameters, hypokinetic type, high work volumes are the criteria of the high cardiovascular system functional maturity.

The criteria of individual and hemodynamic efficiency of the cardiovascular system among the girls of 18-22 years old is а reaction type linked with the increase of the stroke blood volume under load, low efficiency of the circulatory system indexes on the work unite, small after work increase of the cardiac activity, hypokinetic regulation type under static loads 15% and eukinetic under 30% and 45% loads of maximum voluntary muscle strength, high efficiency level under different loads. The comparison shows that boys have higher functional potentials of the cardiovascular and neuro-muscular system under the different loads. Static analysis showed tough functional links insidе the studied systems and between systems.

Laboratory and pedagogical experiments revealed an opportunity to intensify static loads stamina provided the use of static and dynamic exercises in combination with relaxation exercises. The results of presented studies can be used in the process of regulation of training loads, in therapeutic physical culture, and in the professional screening.
