Ibrayeva L.K., Amanbekova A.U., Azhimetova G.N., Bakirova R.E.

The aim of the study was the impact of environmental factors on the development of internal diseases in the population of urban areas of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The object of the study was the adult population of urban areas - towns Temirtau, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Taraz, Aktau, Ekibastuz (3344 people) aged 18-59 years living in this area for at least 10 years old, not working in hazardous conditions, and not being on D Accounting-off professionals in the community for chronic diseases. As the control area was chosen resort town Shchuchinsk (635 people). Assessment of the level of health of the population was carried out in two stages: Stage 1 - clinical screening study, Stage 2 - in-depth clinical study. For research permission was granted the local Ethics Committee. At one stage, multivariate statistical analysis to establish the relationship between environmental factors and health status of the population surveyed correlation analysis, in Step 2 - regression analysis.

As a result, the obtained reliably significant correlation relationships and regression models, an association of the following nosology in the population studied regions from environmental factors:

- chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with the concentration of nitrogen dioxide in the ambient air of cities Temirtau, Ust-Kamenogorsk and Aktau (r = -0,75, p = 0,005; R = 0,64, F = 6,77, p <0,026), lead and copper - in sedimented dust in Temirtau, Ust-Kamenogorsk and Törtüy (r = 0,64-0,65, p = 0,02; R = 0,64-0,66, F = 5,54-6, 06, p <0,05);

- bronchial asthma with zinc content in the soil of Temirtau, Ust-Kamenogorsk and Shchuchinsk (r = 0,69, p = 0,02; R = 0,65, F = 7,14, p <0,02);

- arterial hypertension with the content of sulfur dioxide in the ambient air of cities Temirtau and Ust-Kamenogorsk (r = 0,7, p <0,02; R = 0,65, F = 7,3, p <0,02), copper - sedimented dust in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk (r = 0,65, p = 0,023; R = 0,64, F = 5,44, p <0,048), zinc - in the soil of Temirtau and Ust-Kamenogorsk (r = 0, 64, p = 0,035; R = 0,59, F = 5,25, p <0,04);

- coronary heart disease with the content of carbon monoxide and nitrogen dioxide in the ambient air of cities Törtüy, Temirtau, Taraz, Ust-Kamenogorsk and Aktau (R = 0,9, F = 53-63, p <0,001), zinc - in sedimented dust cities Ust-Kamenogorsk, Taraz and Törtüy (r = 0,64, p = 0,045; R = 0,63, F = 5,39, p <0,049);

- hyperthyroidism with the phenol content in the air of cities Temirtau, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Taraz and Aktau (R = 0,87; F = 30,6; p <0,00025; R = 0,9; F = 18,5; p <0.0006), iron - in drinking water in Aktau and Törtüy (R = 0,61; F = 5,83; p <0,04);

- chronic cholecystitis with the content in the air of cities Temirtau, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Taraz and Aktau phenol (r = 0,58; p = 0.05), suspended solids (r ˃ 0,6; p ˂ 0,04) and carbon dioxide sulfur (r ˃ 0,6; p ˂ 0,044) (R = 0,88; F = 6,26; p <0,018; R = 0,67; F = 7,97; p <0,018; R = 0,91 ; F = 12,9; p <0,002; R = 0,68; F = 8,5; p <0,015; R = 0,93; F = 16,2; p <0,001);

- chronic pancreatitis with a nickel content in the soil of Temirtau and Ust-Kamenogorsk (R = 0,77; F = 14,24; p <0,004);

- chronic pyelonephritis with the concentration of sulfur dioxide in the ambient air of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk (r = 0,63; p = 0,028; R = 0,69; F = 9,15; p <0,013), iron and cadmium - in the drinking water of cities Aktau and Törtüy (R = 0,99; F = 531,2; p <0,032).

So, for the most disadvantaged settlements treated Temirtau and Ust-Kamenogorsk, where the population has been a 7-8 nosology, to disadvantaged settlements medium - Taraz, Aktau and Törtüy where there has been a 3-5 nosology, to the less disadvantaged people - Town Shchuchinsk, which took place on 1 nosology.
