DEVELOPING CREATIVE THINKING OF MODERN SPECIALIST
Nakaryakova V.I.

The modern world economic system is increasingly characterized by patterns of occurrence and development of branches of non-material spheres. The phenomenal expansion of the production and consumption of services in economically developed countries are called one of the most significant events of economic life of the second half of XX - beginning of XXI century. It is also important that the leading locomotives of this process were the science - and high-tech industry, involving investments in human capital and, accordingly, the accelerated development and use of intangible assets and intangible environment activities of economic entities of the market. This in turn led to the emergence of a new type of economy, knowledge-based economy, where the production, accumulation, distribution, exchange, consumption and generation of new ideas, knowledge and information become the most valuable resource of the individual, the organization and society as a whole.

In addition, a strategic objective of Russia to 2020 is the change of economic model of the country with raw-material on innovation.

However, there are problems in the activities to create new knowledge. Experts, exploring the negative dynamics of the number of employed in science, noted a decline in the motivation of work of our scientists. Conducted by the state institution sociological studies show that the motivation for the research activities is constrained by the decrease in the prestige of the profession of the scientist in our reality. Assessment of respondents show the dominance of negative assessments of the prestige of science and new technologies, that is 67,5%, while in developed countries the share of negative assessments is only 1.8% [1].

In General, the expenses on science per researcher are in local high schools 15500$, that approximately corresponds to the indicators of Slovakia - 17500$ but behind Romania - 26300$. In Germany this value was 154500$, in France - 116000$. [2, с. 114].

Strengthening the attractiveness of the research work for young specialists with higher education, largely dependent on the changes to the field of research and development in the Russian society. Among the necessary measures on their degree of priority, according to S. Kovtun, are:

  • increased state spending on science development - 67,4%;
  • high salary according to the standards of developed countries - by 47.7%;
  • creation of modern material base - 43.8% of [3, с. 20].

However, the emergence of a new type of economy based on knowledge, causes necessity of formation of adequate real management of the production process of new knowledge on the initial stage in the educational institution.

Modern education system, according to B.A. Mukusheva [4, с.16], which is the best in the world, it deserves the rebuke, because it does not direct enough, creativity, sees its main task in training already achieved results knowledge teaches creative thinking as such.

This technology implies the construction of educational process on an active basis of the activity using the methods of moderation. The saved up experience allows to speak about high efficiency of application of this technology in the educational process.

As the educational technology moderation was first developed in 60-70th years of the last century in Germany. Since then, many scientists and specialists, including teachers, actively developed and applied by the moderation in practice, improving the technology.

Our University was developed educational technology with the use of moderation, which for three years now effectively used in the University. On its basis were created a number of products, which have been successfully presented on various competitions, and also introduced the production of, for example, production of bread on the basis of our development. Currently a project of production of bearings of the new generation with the use of a new material - abrasive alloy with high performance characteristics of the wear and low labor costs. by the way, today we became the diplomants of the contest of innovative ideasThus, our University innovative activity is not a myth but a reality.
