THE APPLICATION OF THE INNOVATION EDUCATION TECHNOLOGIES IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN HIGHER SCHOOL AS A MODERNIZATION OF HIGHER PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION
Abdulaeva P.Z., Osmanova A.A., Magomedova M.A.

Educational modernization which is under way now issues new professional challenges to the higher school, sets new standards of professional training of a present-day teacher. The new tasks of this training are the development of professional competences under the conditions of level and profile streaming, pre-streaming training, teaching of integral and elective courses, application of advanced educational technologies including information technologies and technical means of teaching.

Advanced innovation educational technologies have emerged. They include general traditional components along with the new technology-based components.

The principle “education is to meet the demands and set the conditions for development of a harmonious, socially active, creative personality”, promulgated according to the educational paradigm and The Law of the Russian Federation on Education, requires completely different approaches to the management of the educational process.

The third millennium generates totally new psychological image of the professional trainer of a medical school.  The professional achievements of a medical teacher can reveal themselves as long as he/her is able to self-determination under the conditions of the dynamic development of the society, to personal and professional growth.

Foreign research papers note that the application of educational technique contributes to the development of a personality, to the structural changes in such spheres as:

-         cognitive -  the development of space perception and imagination, brain building, development of such intellectual operations as analyses, syntheses, comparison and analogy, the ability to manage and distribute their own activity;

-         personal – the intensification of communication with peers, development of an individual style;

-         motivation – the development of motivation and inclination to the research activity, increase in learning activity;

-         emotional – the development of the prevailing positive emotional background, decrease in the anxiety level; rise of the self-confidence [1, 10].

The activity of a present-day man in the different fields of teaching practice is exercised under the conditions of the complex interaction of many factors. In this connection one of the conditions of the success of teacher’s personality is his/her ability to project activity, which introduces the creative element into their profession, determines its innovation potential. The absence of project skills involves the significant discord between the objectives and results of the activity either an individual or different professional and other kinds of communities.

The introduction of ICT into the educational process promotes the qualitative improvement of the teaching process due to the presentation of the information in the kind which enables to involve all the channels of perception and thus to increase the degree of absorption of the academic material [2, 291].

Doing practical work at lessons students observe given instructions: do something, select, change in a certain way, fill in with a text. It is especially used while working with a text-based editor.

For recent decades specialists in different fields of training have been more and more inclined to think that the main task of information and communication technologies is the increase in the effectiveness of students’ learning activity management. However it is necessary to design computer programmes and courses for it, they would reflect the principles of education management at fuller scale and perform as a means providing the effectiveness of education when qualified medical personnel is being trained.

If we unite the concepts of educational and informational technologies we can say that they are determined with the combination of mutually related conditions for arranging task-oriented educational and teaching process involving advanced information technologies providing the development of an intended specialist with predetermined professional qualities.

Such conditions in higher medical education are:

1) the operation alertness of intended doctors to use information and communication technologies either in their learning activity in a medical school or in their future activity (upgrading of qualification);

2) the motivation alertness of intended doctors to use the means of the informatization of education;

3) the reflexive alertness to use information and communication technologies for self-education;

4) the alertness to learn in a computer surrounding;

5) the alertness of intended doctors to use the informatization means to observe medical law (information law).

The introduction of ICT into the educational process changes the role of teaching means used in teaching of different courses, and the application of these technologies change the academic environment in which the process of education develops [3,112].

New educational technologies, employed at the moment or generating in the educators’ mind, in the process of teaching practice cannot exist without wide use of advanced ICT. It’s ICT that enable to reveal at full scale teaching and  imperious functions of these methods, put into practice their potentiality.

With the ICT involved the process of education becomes more dynamic and informative, and the increasing speed of information delivery makes it more distributed.
