Modular digital electronic educational resources on the course "Ecological bases of nature"

The concept of social and economic development of Russia until 2020, Landmark Education specific competencies and self- stimulating conditions [1].

However, to date, in the formation of dominant information- encoding pedagogy and as a result, the nature of teaching subjects in the majority of reproduktiven. The effectiveness of training is shown in relation to the interested students to actively innovative way of teaching. The most innovative method of presentation, from our point of view is the system- modular approach to the structuring of the discipline, especially interdisciplinary.

Modular digital electronic educational resources (MTSEOR) for the secondary education system in the course "Ecological bases of nature" consists of:

• Information, a substantial part of that for more systematization and improve the assimilation of the material includes structured modules. Every structural module includes: learning objectives of the module; method of study module; its main content, structural logic.

• Elective - relaxing unit consisting of creative works of students performed independently and the results of scientific research work of students who studied previously.

• Glossary.

• Control block. (scheme 1)
 Modular digital educational resources can be used in full, and differentiated, for example, as an illustration of some of the topics in the study of natural science, biology, etc.

To analyze the results on the degree of realization of the purpose we used a phenomenological approach, suggesting a self-test student's attitude to different learning situations. Table 1 shows the results of the survey students about what blocks MTSEOR most commonly used for preparation for classes.
The majority of respondents in preparation for classes using information and multimedia unit and workshops . The remaining blocks for preparation for classes to use 30 to 50 % of students surveyed . It should be noted that the gradually increasing students' interest in research unit MTSEOR [2-4]
The diagnostic results of students on the use of open source software blocks MTSOR during preparation for classes.

* We have developed the project of creating modular digital educational resources for the course " Ecology" with elective units for students of secondary vocational education was awarded a diploma of II degree at the II All-Russia competition of interdisciplinary projects and programs on environmental education and awareness, 2010 (Yaroslavl) .
