CASE STUDY OF THE ALL-RUSSIAN YOUTH SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE, DECEMBER 5-6, 2014, STERLITAMAK

The All-Russian Youth Scientific and Practical Conference with international participation  «Problems and Development Prospects of Humanities and Education in the XXI century» was held at the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology in Bashkir State University Sterlitamak Branch in Sterlitamak, Bashkortostan, supported by RFBR (project №14-36-10287). During the All-Russian Youth Conference BashSU Sterlitamak Branch became a platform of Russian and international cooperation, exchange of experiences and research results in the humanities, education and culture, as well as the application of innovative technology training and education of children and young people in modern society.

The purpose of the conference was promoting the inclusion of young researchers in the scientific community, identifying and systematizing current issues and trends in the humanities and education, creating conditions for young scientists to exchange research results. The work of the plenary session and five thematic sections was devoted to discussion of these issues. Reports were presented both from the subjects of the Russian Federation (Bashkortostan, Tatarstan, Volgograd Region, Ivanovo Region, Kaluga Region, Chelyabinsk Region, Sverdlovsk Region, Tyumen Region, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area and others) and from foreign countries.

The conference was attended by young scientists, students, undergraduates, graduate students and leading scientists in the fields of education, science, culture, teachers of secondary vocational education, teachers of general, pre-school, additional education of the Russian Federation (Barnaul, Vladimir, Volgograd, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Kaluga, Kumertau, Moscow, Meleuz, Nizhnevartovsk, Novosibirsk, Samara, St. Petersburg, Sibai, Sterlitamak, Tyumen, Ufa, Uchaly, Chelyabinsk, Shuya) and neighboring countries (Aktobe, Kazakhstan; Bender, Dnestr Moldavian Republic; Tashkent, Uzbekistan).

The reports submitted to the plenary session, were related to the following topical issues: development of social sciences and education in modern society, use of natural methods of research in the humanities and psycho-pedagogical researches; study of cognitive processes, formation of students' cognitive abilities and value priorities of the modern teacher training; application modeling and mathematical methods for processing and interpretation of scientific data in the psychological and pedagogical researches.

The reports reflected not only the theoretical and methodological problems, but also methodological questions based on specific experiences and research results, which caused great interest and controversy. Reports of the participants were accompanied by presentations. Works of the winners of the conference got high marks. Analysis of the survey conducted to assess the results of the conference, speakers and speakers' presentations showed the high relevance of the issues discussed.

The Conference was widely covered in the mass media and on the Internet websites as well as in social networks. Reports of the participants were published in the collection of scientific papers.

The conference was presented by scientists and highly qualified scientific staff and modern scientific equipment.

The results of the Conference and the scientific and educational materials can be used for:

- conducting lectures and seminars, special courses for students, undergraduates,  postgraduates taught on the following specialties: «Pedagogics», «Psycho-pedagogical education»  in the field of  «Pedagogics and Psychology», «Pedagogy of Primary Education», «Theory and Methods of Professional Education», «General Pedagogics, History of Pedagogics and Education», «Educational Psychology» other universities of Russia and CIS countries;

-  raising public awareness of the results of scientific research and innovation activities hold by educational and research institutions (organizations);

- improving the efficiency of helding research and innovation activities in educational institutions, the inclusion of young scientists in the scientific community;

- preparing proposals concerning improving the quality of education, social education of children and youth, the efficiency of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel in education.

After discussing topical issues in the humanities and education the Conference participants came to the following conclusions and recommendations. This scientific event helped to attract the attention of talented young people to the advanced researches in the humanities, solved actual problems of education, science and culture in modern society based on innovative technology training and education of children and youth; expanded contacts between young people themselves and with leading scientists, increased mobility of young scientists, increased number of scientific researches of students and helped in exchanging experience.
