TOXICOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTIC OF SOLUTIONS OF GLUCOSE

Glucose - connection which is absolutely necessary for activity of a human body and animals. Now infusion solutions of glucose in various concentration which are used in medical practice, as well as other medicines are issued [1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13].

Research objective. To estimate influence of various concentration of solutions of glucose on functions of a liver, kidneys and heart.

Research methods. Experiments made on mice, rats, guinea pigs. As control the animals receiving physiological solution served.

The indicators defining function of a liver (gepatopatiya) and kidneys (gipervolemiya) received on the standard methods. Assessment of action of the heart carried out with Beat 3 program use. Solutions of glucose 5,10,20 and 40 of % entered intravenously within 30 minutes. Experiences were processed statistically.

Results of research and their discussion. During experiment it is established that glucose of 5% and 10% has no negative impact on functions of a liver, kidneys and heart. When modeling pathology solutions of glucose 5 and 10% promote restoration of the main indicators of work of a liver and kidneys, and also increase sokratitelny ability of heart at simultaneous reduction of power expenses of a cardiac muscle.

Infusional application of a preparation of glucose of 20% and 40% at tetrakhlormetanovy intoxication led to deterioration of function of a liver. Solutions of glucose of 20% and 40% at infusional introduction negatively influence concentration and secretory function of kidneys. When using 40% of solution of glucose the oliguriya and a functional glyukozuriya took place.

During experiment it is established that introduction of glucose causes reliable decrease in systolic arterial pressure with parallel increase of diastolic arterial pressure. Sokratitelny activity of a myocardium at infusional introduction of glucose 20 and 40% goes down; frequency of heart reductions, with emergence extrasystoles decreases also.

According to the results received during preclinical pilot studies, introduction of hypertensive solutions of glucose (20 and 40%) is unjustified and dangerous in case of violation of function of a liver, kidneys and heart activity.

Conclusion. Ntravenous administration of solutions 20 and 40 of % of glucose have undesirable effect on function of a liver, kidneys and heart, especially in the presence of pathology in these bodies.
