The objectives of education in the XXI century, proclaimed to produce competent professionals with a creative way of thinking, building a virtual learning environment, providing every student to freedom of choice of educational paths, creating centers of continuing education. Achieving these goals is impossible without the development of the creative potential of the individual.
The main functional responsibility of university teachers - education and formation of the future specialist, capable of self-development, self-education and competitive in today's market. Its effective implementation is possible only in conditions of innovative education focused on the comprehensive development of human creativity.
Creativity - the activity that generates something qualitatively new and different uniqueness, originality, social and historical uniqueness. Creative potential - a complex integral concept including natural and genetic, social, personal and logical components, which are the knowledge, skills, abilities and aspirations of the individual to transform the world in various fields.
Pedagogic science recognizes the need for development and the formation of a creative personality traits as focus, self-knowledge, self-esteem, ability to see the problem, analyze the situation, to mobilize knowledge, hypotheses, evaluate the results, critical thinking, etc. A special role in the development of the creative potential of students plays a creative individual teacher, able to organize the creative process in creative environment, "fire" the spark of creativity in the student.
Pedagogical conditions that facilitate implementation of creative orientation training in high school - teacher readiness for innovation, continuous integration of teaching creativity in the educational process of the university, the implementation of joint creative work of teachers and students.
Creative teacher should be capable of continuous self-improvement, to recognize education as a priority the integrity of the student's personality, identity formation, the harmonization of the individual; able to fill the educational space improvisation, collective and individual creativity, to create and maintain an atmosphere of mutual respect, tolerance, openness to criticism.
Feature of pedagogical creativity of university teachers is that the identity of the student at the same time becomes the object and the subject of his professional activity.
In the formation and development of the creative potential of students to consider creativity - the level of creative talent, creativity, part of a relatively stable personality characteristics. To generate creative ideas must be developed imagination, acting as its motivating factor.
Creative teacher should possess such qualities as characteristics of creative inventiveness, divergent thinking, visual creativity, the ability to associations. On the basis of self-development teacher constantly enrich their teaching practices with new technologies and innovations.
Nurturing creativity in the university should primarily be based on consideration of the specific features and the use of individual practices.
Implementation of the creative potential of the teacher and the student forming it takes place at different stages of the teaching process, in which the need to develop students' ability to compare, analyze, ability to abstract, to find new solutions to problematic situations. The leading role in this process is played by the development of creative thinking techniques using active methods, problem tasks that encourage creative search activity.
The process of creative thinking as a teacher and student self-realization involves the transfer of knowledge and skills in a new situation, the discovery of a new problem in the standard situation, the establishment of a coherent structure of the object, offer alternatives to solve the problem, combine and transform the known methods of the new conditions.
Methods of psychological thinking activation aimed at eliminating its inertia. Among them, the most effective synectics - search form train new ideas for solving the problem situations by constructing analogies, technologies for solving creative problems. Method of garlands associations and metaphors, the conference of ideas, the method of focal objects, etc.
At a panel discussion on solutions to the tasks successfully used "brainstorming" when any opinions band members are noted, but in the end choose the most appropriate version of the response, "a collective search for original ideas", which combines the components of intuitive and logical knowledge.
In the development of role-playing scenarios may embody the most original creative intentions of the teacher. One of the most effective creative teaching methods - procedure of role game "thinking hats" described by E. Bono. Different points of view, corresponding to a specific color to try on hats at switching attention from one object to the other features in the discussion, allow us to consider the problem from six different angles.
The skilful use of different methods of creative teacher of creativity and the full support of the creative activity of students in a creative learning environment is the key to the formation of personality fully developed specialist capable of continuous self-improvement.
