The creative educational environment as a condition of the development of the system of a modern professional education

This work pays attention to the most important requirement nowadays which focuses education on the training of professionals with a high creative potential. Some solutions of this problem are given in the ideas of authors about the creation of a specialized educational environment KIOS

The professional nowadays is a creative person carrying out the mission of a constant reorganization and improvement of the world. The value of a new working person consists in the creative potential and opportunities of using it in the solution of a number of tasks and existing problems.

Powerful impulse for intellectual development of the professional gives his uninterrupted interaction with the modern information environment. The possibilities of computer technologies considerably strengthen the creative potential and enrich the professional with the constantly improving means of optimization of his creative activity.

The new image of the professional considerably changes reference points of the various educational institutes training generations of creative professionals. Understanding an urgent need of the formation of the educational environment, researchers look for ways and instruments of creation, realization and constant development of environment in the system of higher education, form valuable universal experience of the similar organization on the basis of information integration, making the analysis of the obtained data on examples of work of various educational institutions.

The sphere of our scientific interests also includes these researches which are applied by us in the institution of higher education as an educational practice, in the system of professional development of the staff of the university in the sphere of information technologies, at the level of the theoretical generalization which was reflected in many scientific articles and in monographic works

The theoretical and practical researches conducted by us in the field of creation of the educational environment and space, led us to the idea of the creation of a creative, educational environment (KIOS - the Russian reduction - the creative potential, information, training, environment) it is a computer environment with many connected factors of training. The computer environment which carries out the special integrated function directed on formation of the professional with a high creative level and ability of the organization of the productive innovative activity.

Created and realized in the system of professional education (on the example of Bryansk State University after academician I.G.Petrovsky) the KIOS model consists of 5 blocks, each of which at the level of the solution of functional tasks provides formation of the creative educational environment. The model turns on the planning block, the organizational block, the block of creative productivity, the control block, the correcting block.

Today we solve the problem of specialized informative filling of the KIOS educational environment, development of technological, software products of optimization of the perception of an offered educational material, formation of technology of the pedagogical service of this environment with the application of methods of an active and interactive training.

These technologies, the concept of educational environment KIOS are distinguished by the universality and huge potential of the optimization of training. They can be used not only in Russia, but also in the system of work of the foreign establishments of professional education which actively solve a problem of training of future professionals with a high creative level.

Cooperation in this area with foreign partners gives a considerable impulse for development of educational and scientific prospects of the local creative educational environment in an effective integration with the world educational space which gradually turns into really creative.
