DEVELOPMENT OF METHODOLOGIES FOR CERTIFICATION OF TESTING EQUIPMENT MEASURING AND CALIBRATION LABORATORIES

In accordance with the requirements of ISO / IEC 17025, all test equipment (further - TE), which has been in operation accredited or certified measurement (test) and calibration laboratories of enterprises and organizations shall be in proper working order and shall keep the prescribed normalized accuracy characteristics. Aspects of the resolution of this problem in the "Industrial Register" of the Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine undoubtedly are of scientific and practical interest.

Results and Interpretation

In Ukraine Science Research Institute of Industrial Development was developed and approved by the Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine Standard: СOY-Н МPP 03.120-137: 2009 "Procedures for the development of methods for certification of test equipment calibration laboratories and measuring systems "Industrial Register", which establishes the procedure and the basic requirements to develop methods for certification of test equipment measurement (test) and calibration laboratories, testing facilities of industrial enterprises.

The standard requires that the procedure for certification of developing enterprise TE - TE developer, and for equipment that is already in use, as well as the import of production - the company that uses TE.

Standard allows you to maintain the TE operated in good condition throughout the appraisal period, which is set individually for each unit of the TE, taking into account the degree of wear and the duration of use.

Each method provides for certification of such structural elements: title page; introduction; the bulk of which consists of the following sections: general provisions; operations (procedures) for certification; standardized nomenclature accuracy characteristics and test modes; measuring equipment and measuring techniques that are used in evaluating the TE, and also sections: the conditions of certification; preparation for certification; attestation; design certification results TE.

Сonclusion

Developed the standard: СOY-Н МPP 03.120-137: 2009 Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine, which allows measurement (test) and calibration laboratories maintain the TE operated in good condition by timely certification for its pre-developed methods. The standard establishes the basic requirements for the development of techniques in the "Industrial Register" and is available to all interested industrial enterprises.
