Teaching science
In the structure of ecological culture of schoolchildren we single out the system of general scientific & natural scientific methods of cognition on basis of which, researching abilities and skills are developed.
Using this abilities pupils get knowledge of ecology, they form ecological consciousness and valuable orientations. In opinion of Nurizyanov R.M. researching abilities form in several stages:
I) The creative of motivating basis of acting. (A teacher explains the meaning of researching skills, and pupils recognize the problem).
II) The creation of oriental basis of work (A teacher defines targets of learning of researching skills, shows the contain of skills, and samples of working, and pupils recognize the sequence of working out).
III) The creation of technical basis of skills (A teacher organizes working out of training exercises and their individualization, and pupils study researching skills, learn how to transfer them onto new conditions).
IV) Forming the creative base of acting. (A teacher organizes creative walk and pupils do the task concerning modeling, predicting and solving ecological, problems so that regional ones) [2, p. 43-44].

Planning the development of researching skills of the theme
“Our clean home” (4 grade)
Stage 1. Creation of motivating basis of action.
The story of a teacher about environmental pollution, domestic waste and importance of its apart gathering. Pupils reports supporting by interesting facts and visual aids. Reading the story “How we treat the environment” [3, p. 7-10].
Stage 2. Creation of oriental basis of actions. Teacher`s show of sequences of actions. It is shown step-by-step how to study contents of domestic waste.
Stage 3. Creation technical basis of action. Training exercises & earning skills of pupils. Appliance of skills. (Pupils learn content of domestic waste of their families for a day, week, month, solve ecological puzzles, fulfill the “Diary of 1 Day”, when they find out what kind of waste prevails for each period of time, make their sentences concerning how to decrees the quantity of their families‘ domestic waste.
Stage 4. Making creative basis of action
a) Contest: “Waste & creativity or another life of domestic waste”.
Children are offered to think over variants of second life outlived its usefulness things. It can be any thing from outlived computer disk to old clothes.
b) Reading of the fairy-tale of S. Savitskaya Beach of Glass [3, p. 38-39], making a picture after reading.
As practice shows, such an organization of research develops skills and abilities of this activity, where skillful pedagogical management is paid attention to.
In V.I. Andreev`s opinion the most effective development of researching skills contribute:
- Working material, filled with elements stimulating searching activity of pupils.
- Mastering the basic scientific knowledge & methods of scientific search.
- Various searching activity of pupils in a system of a lesson and in conditions of extra educations. Counting up these didactical conditions, studying & searching work of pupils goes on in several stages [1].
1. Stage of theoretical preparing. Pupils get acquainted with main ecological problems. Here, the accent is on the regional ecological problems. Here learning the program & methodics of search takes place.
2. Stage of organization of searching activity. The searching activity on learning regional ecological problems with the help of various methods is organized: questionnaire, interview with citizens, observing, experimental work, analysis of documents & other publications, monitoring etc.
3. Stage of valning the results of searching activity by pupils.
Ecological situation with the result of searching is being valued. Here, ecological problems of the region are found out and possible practical actions of pupils planned.
4. Stage of practical using of the results of searching activity. Here creative self-realization of pupils takes place, and the form and propagandize the results of their searching work by means of taking floor in final conferentions, making wall newspapers, organizing lab our days, etc.
5. Stage of summarizing the results of searching work of pupils.
So, in the process of studying and searching activity pupils learn methods of search and acquaire such skills as: to see a problem make a target, farm hypotheses, analyze and find out ways of solutions of targest.
The results of searching activity are summarized. There results are cesed in lessons, class hours, learning ecological problems connections between regional & global ecological problems are being achieved.
