PATENTOLOGICAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF BUILDING MACHINES AND MECHANISMS WITH THE ACCOUNT OF FACTORS OF SAFETY OF LABOR
Evstropov V.M., Nikhaeva A.V., Sulimov A.S.

Patentology is based on a structurally integrative approach to the analysis of new technologies and technical objects. Stages of a patentological study on a particular topic under study include preprocessing of patent arrays on a given topic and the formation of a thematically restricted locus of patent data, a patentological analysis of the results obtained, analysis of technologies from the point of view of their classification. The main information base for the formation of a patent locus is the initial search patent cluster, which includes a thematically limited search area of the patent space. At the same time, loci of patents are used, which are the required part of the patent cluster - a thematic set of patents interconnected by functional links.

Studies in the field of patent science can find wide application in the patent analysis of the prospects of inventive activity for the reproduction of new and optimization of known production technologies [2], engineering [3], in the development of safe equipment and technologies, taking into account the prevention of occupational traumas [4].

Analysis of known classifications of the causes of occupational injuries shows that the study of the causes of injuries is an important aspect of the prevention of accidents at work. Among the four groups of factors (the causes of industrial injuries) an important role is played by production and technical [5]. Industrial-technical (objective) causes of injury are divided into technical (design and technological), organizational and technical, etc. [6]. From the standpoint of reducing industrial injuries at construction sites, the technical provision of electrical safety is of great importance [7].

In order to increase the trauma safety of machines and mechanisms used in construction, the development of new specialized robots is promising. For the assembly, handling and handling work, manipulators are created on the basis of small-sized forklifts [8, 9]. At present, the scientific problem of analysis and synthesis of specialized robots, robotic and mechatronic systems for large-panel and monolithic construction is solved. This contributes to the development of highly effective means of integrated mechanization and automation of construction operations (assembly, finishing and plastering works) and relieves workers from hazardous working conditions [10].

Thus, it is possible to use localized patentology studies to identify promising areas for the development of construction machinery and mechanisms, taking into account the interests of labor safety.

The work is submitted to the International Scientific Conference « Development of Scientific Potential of Higher Education», United Arab Emirates (Dubai), March 4-10, 2018.
