ELABORATION OF CONCEPTUAL MODEL IN BIOTECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS OF AT IDENTIFICATION OF THE COLOR

Abstract: This article focuses on the creation of technical, software, mathematical and informational support in developing a conceptual model in recognizing the color of a biotechnological process. Where are determined by the boundary conditions ongoing process and optimal control of biotechnological processes of drying and manufacturing of medical drugs from medicinal herbs. It is proposed to study the stages of development of a simulation model of a biotechnological process.

Purpose: Purpose of research work is development of conceptual model by help of recognizing elements of biotechnological process.

Materials: At conducting of experimental – laboratory work or tested samples of biotechnological processes the researcher must deal with identification of: smell, taste, color of received agent and sound of technological process which are result of conducted experiment. As the research process is continuous, for receive final optimal result, it is necessary to conduct experiment periodically and repeated.

Analysis of conducted technological process, change and definition of biotechnological parameters using electronic –optical system of identification of structure and property of plants prior to preparation of finished medicament is required for that on the basis of chose the color of prepared medicament by help of video eye.

For production of finished medicaments, we propose the methodology of identification of parameters of medicinal grasses which is effective, inexpensive, convenient and not need interferer of different technical means and technologist –operator.

For reach this purpose it is necessary to do the following:

- Elaborate conceptual model of researching object and math methods of calculation for optimal control of process;

- Structural and functional schemes, devices, which measure or fix analogue impulses of conducted biotechnological process; and device for transformation of received impulses to binary code-signal

Research of biotechnological process consists of the following stages:

- 1st stage – development of principal electronic scheme of measuring object;

- 2nd stage – measure of necessary parameters of color of object of research;

- 3rd stage – strengthening of received continuous data from object of research;

- 4th stage - transformation of received impulses

- 5th stage – record/enter of measured values to data base;

- 6th stage – calculation and definition of optimal values for control of biotechnological process using program and substandard mathematical methods;

- 7th stage - statistic processing of tries results.

Our purpose is to recognize of technological process out of range of colors and determine maximum and minimum color of receive of net product where maximum and minimum of color is criteria of technological process in receiving net product.

At measuring of excess of color frequency or at lower than minimum color frequency biomass will not mature up to condition.

Researches show that data collection of all existing medicinal grass and herbs in our country requires in its turn, development and creation of Data Base for definition of optimal solutions of control of technological process of preparation of medicaments without loss of raw and its collection and dry.

Conclusion: in the results of research of recognizing system we achieve:

- In system of recognition of the above stated parameters, optimal values are separated and determined for control of biotechnological processes;

- Reach of accuracy of conducted measurement in the research;

- Collection of information about object of researched and creation of data base;

- To develop imitation model of the object on the basis of conducted scientific researches and on received data for conducting further operations taking into account revealed other parameters of biotechnological processes.
